AmberJoy’s Health Hub – Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
- Contact us at amberjoyshealthhub@gmail.com
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item(s) received.
If your claim is approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a store credit or refund (depending on the situation)
Conditions:
- Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Personal care items
- Supplements or consumable goods
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
